James Markey
About Me
After a retail career at Iceland Foods and Russell & Bromley, I left to travel all 7 continents and all 7 modern wonders of the world — and then started UNI SIM.
In 2026 I was appointed MBE in the King’s Birthday Honours for services to the technology sector — see the notice in The Gazette.
This blog is my travel diary: short entries from each place, tagged by trip and by continent, with the practical notes (dates, visas, why I was there) that turn a holiday snap into a record worth keeping.
